Vendor Outline:
We require the client to use some of our in house vendors for building facilities: AV/Lighting, Valet. Janitorial and Security services are skeleton and only used to keep an out for the property and not meant to be used for event staff. You must hire event security and event janitorial.
We do require our clients to hire an event planner (we recommend a minimum of a month-of) to help coordinate with your vendors and the venue.
Operational Labor / Service Fee:
Security Deposit: $1,000
Engineering: $185/hr 4 hr minimum - Elevator or Escalator needs will require a tech.
Janitorial: $70/hr - 1 day porter for 16 hrs $1,040 (small crew under 15)
Security: $70/hr - 4 hr minimum all costs are based on crew size and hours.
Venue Representative: $800/day up to 16hrs

We work with a list of wonderful preferred caterers which can accommodate all budgets listed below. You are also welcome to bring in your own preferred caterer, but a buyout fee will apply:

LOAD-IN
Load-in locations vary based on chosen venue. The parking loop between the towers offers ample space and there are several freight elevators that can be accessed from underground parking.
SMOKING
We are a non -smoking property. Smoking is never allowed onsite.
MUSIC
Can plug into our surrounding sound system
CURFEW
Quiet Enjoyment hours from 9am-5pm, city noise ordinance is 10pm.
TRASH
Client responsible for removing all debris and working with Athens for large events
EVENT COORDINATOR
We require you have an onsite coordinator or event producer leading up to the event and at the event to communicate all production schedules, vendor COI’s, and timeline but not limited to this scope.
